about Lighting with Vision

Vision

Be repeatedly utilized for our honesty, integrity, quality services and experience that ensure customer satisfaction.

Mission

Provide cost controlled lighting solutions that support the "Vision" and "Budget" for each project. Our experience and eye for the design intent can be utilized to provide value to our Clients, Industry and Community with no games and no hassles.

Julie Whalen, Owner

My work has a SOUL — a drive to build better infrastructure and a better path forward, with the hope of leaving a positive blueprint in my community. I was born and raised in the DC area, and I founded Lighting with Vision, LLC to confront what I believe is deeply rooted corruption within the region’s construction industry. I’m fearless in calling out the construction‑cartel groups that manipulate budgets, design intent, and community outcomes. My company’s purpose isn’t to chase maximum profit. Money isn’t my goal — genuine collaboration with customers and my community. I’m committed to delivering transparency that elevates your project and aligns with your goals. Everyone deserves to earn a fair profit, and I believe there are better, more honest ways to succeed — ways that benefit everyone involved.
